The Committee was kindly invited by Elise Jennings, General Manager of the Royal Hospital for Women Foundation to attend the Official Launch of the Heart for Her Campaign.
Heart for Her – Transforming the healthcare of women and newborns, was a lovely occasion and showcased the many ways The Royal Hospital for Woman helps women, including individual stories from many happy mothers. Attendees of the campaign launch included ambassadors, hospital clinicians and representatives, corporate partners, donors and officials. A media call was held prior to formalities involving hospital representatives, ambassadors and patients. The formalities were followed by an informal lunch which provided an opportunity to meet with members of the Foundation.
Five of our Committee members were welcomed by Elise and members of the Foundation.
A very worthwhile experience which we all appreciated.
