The Cornucopia Committee are a group of volunteers with integrity and a professional approach to fund raising

To date we have raised several millions of dollars in our battle against child abuse. The abuse of children is a secret evil which makes fundraising extremely difficult. Our society doesn’t readily speak about this emotional issue, and outwardly, children display little evidence of their abuse.

Historically, at charity events, cheque books open when the general public is confronted with physical evidence of need – thus evoking sympathy and donations. We cannot produce physical evidence due to the mental trauma of the victims. If we were to discuss child protection issues among our family and friends, we would find that we know, personally, of at least one case of child abuse – sometimes much closer to you than you could ever have imagined.
