Saturday April 22nd 2017 held at Manjit’s @ The Wharf.
The Cornucopia Committee held its first function for 2017 at Manjits @ The Wharf.
This was a fabulous fun party complete with Bollywood Dancers.
Manjt, Kawal, Deep and Varun very generously donated their beautiful restaurant on the water at Darling Harbour with breathtaking views. They also provided us with spectacular canapes and service. The venue and lunch were donated to our committee from this generous family.
The Bollywood dancers had everyone up dancing and set the mood for a great day.
Dr Elizabeth Murphy from Royal North Shore Child Protection Unit gave a moving talk and praised the Cornucopia Committee for its work in raising money for the prevention and treatment of child abuse. Elizabeth also explained to our guests the need for our continued fund raising and with their support “together we can make a difference”.
